  2. Doctor & Hospital Recommendation
    • Based on the patient’s medical condition and preferences (such as country, hospital reputation, and budget), our team collaborates with our partner hospitals to recommend suitable doctors and specialized treatment centers. Each recommendation is backed by verified credentials, treatment outcomes, and patient feedback to help make an informed decision.
  3. Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate
    • Once the medical team reviews the reports, we provide a personalized treatment plan that includes:
    • Recommended medical procedures or investigations
    • Estimated treatment duration and recovery period
    • Detailed cost estimate, covering consultation, hospitalization, surgery (if applicable), and related services
    • Patients can compare multiple options before confirming their choice.
  4. Visa & Travel Coordination
    • After treatment confirmation, we assist in medical visa processing by providing hospital invitation letters and required documentation. Our travel desk helps with flight bookings, airport transfers, accommodation, and local transportation. We ensure a seamless and stress-free travel experience for both patients and their attendants.
  5. Hospital Admission & Support
    • Upon arrival, our local representative welcomes the patient and coordinates hospital admission procedures. We provide on-ground support during consultations, treatment, and hospital stays, ensuring smooth communication with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. Our team also assists in financial coordination, language translation, and daily needs as required.
  6. Follow-Up After Return
    • After the patient returns home, our commitment continues. We offer post-treatment follow-up through teleconsultations, report sharing, and coordination with the treating doctor abroad. If any complications or additional advice are needed, our team ensures timely communication and guidance.
